The ReturnKey Systems AMK can eliminate these confrontations, speed screening, and most importantly provide you with an alternative to forfeiture. We give you the viable alternative to allow a passenger to mail their prohibited item home to themselves, thus avoiding the confrontation. This service is provided to the airport or carrier and we work through these agencies to place our units. We do not expect TSA to provide space. We can most expeditiously implement a kiosk when we know the correct decision makers at the airport. Since your screening manager, customer relations supervisor, of FSD interacts with these decision makers on a daily basis, providing us their name and contact information while giving them a heads up that we'll be calling can speed our implementation in your airport. In some cases, we can install a unit within weeks since our system is entirely wireless and only requires AC. Please know that we work closely with the screening staff and provide both handouts and guides as well as brief training so that you know exactly what our kiosk can and cannot accept. We know that sending a customer who cannot mail an item because it either will not fit the kiosk or is prohibited by the US Postal Service will compound the problem. We are here to help you do your job and eliminate confrontations at no cost to the TSA or DHS. For security reasons, not all capabilities and security features of the kiosk are listed.
